Ingredients:

- 3-4 pounds pork shoulder or pork butt, boneless and skinless

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).

2. In a large bowl, combine the pork shoulder or pork butt with the salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to coat the pork.

3. Place the pork in a slow cooker or Dutch oven. Add the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. Cover the slow cooker or Dutch oven and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is very tender and falling apart.

4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker or Dutch oven and shred it with two forks. Discard any fat.

5. Serve the shredded pork on its own or with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or tortillas.
