How do you make a bbq chicken burger?

### Ingredients

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* Salt and pepper to taste

* 4 burger buns

* Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5. Toast the burger buns on the grill if desired.

6. Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken breast on each bun, and adding your favorite toppings.

Tips

* To make sure the chicken breasts are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

* If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken breasts in a grill pan over medium heat.

* For a crispy chicken breast, grill it over direct heat. For a more tender chicken breast, grill it over indirect heat.

* Serve the burgers with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, potato chips, or french fries.
