How do you cook turkey wings in pressure cooker?
Cooking Turkey Wings in a Pressure Cooker:

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
* 4 turkey wings (about 2 pounds)
* 1 onion, quartered
* 2 carrots, chopped
* 2 celery stalks, chopped
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions:
1. Prepare the turkey wings: Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat dry.
2. Sauté the vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Season the turkey wings: Season the turkey wings with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer to pressure cooker: Transfer the turkey wings and vegetables to the pressure cooker.
5. Add broth/water: Pour in the chicken broth or water.
6. Seal and cook: Secure the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
7. Natural pressure release: Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
8. Quick release: After 10 minutes, carefully release the remaining pressure.
9. Serve: Remove the turkey wings and vegetables from the pressure cooker and serve.
