What temp should the inside of a turkey be when done cooking?
The internal temperature of a turkey should reach 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh, to ensure it's cooked through and safe to eat.
Important Note: Make sure the thermometer isn't touching any bone, as bones can register a higher temperature than the surrounding meat.
