Grilled Parboiled Chicken Legs
Ingredients:
- 6 parboiled chicken legs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken legs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat.
3. Grill the chicken legs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Serve with your favorite sides.
Tips:
- To check if the chicken legs are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh. The chicken is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- You can also grill parboiled chicken legs in a grill pan on the stovetop. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat and cook the chicken legs for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve grilled parboiled chicken legs with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or rice.
