How to Make Easy, Delicious Grilled Carrots on your Grill
Summertime brings about outdoor cooking. There's no need to heat up the kitchen, as it is easy to prepare the whole meal right on the grill. Carrots make a great summer side dish -- the smoky flavor from the barbecue enhances their natural sweetness. A few simple tricks will have everyone asking for second helpings.
Things You'll Need
- Carrots
- Marinade
- Italian Dressing
- Butter
- Tongs
Instructions

Turn on the grill to medium heat if using a gas grill. Light the charcoal if using a charcoal grill. Wait for the flames to die and the charcoal to have a white coating.

Wash the carrots. Brush the marinade, Italian dressing or butter onto the carrots being sure to coat them well.

Place coated carrots on the grill. Turn carrots after eight to 12 minutes. Spoon on more marinade, Italian dressing or butter.

Cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from grill with tongs.
