How long to cook pork loin roast without the bone?
For a boneless pork loin roast:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Season the pork loin roast with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
3. Place the pork loin roast in a roasting pan and add 1/2 cup of water to the pan.
4. Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast the pork loin roast for 25 minutes.
5. Remove the foil from the roasting pan and continue to roast the pork loin roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Let the pork loin roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
