Roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Cook the pork chops as desired, while the potatoes are roasting.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. If you prefer to leave the skins on, wash the potatoes thoroughly before cutting into cubes.
. -
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet on medium high. While the oil is heating, sprinkle the potatoes and pork chops with the seasoning of your choice.

Place the pork chops in the hot pan, along with the potatoes. Cook for two to three minutes on each side and toss the potatoes, when flipping.

Add the pork chops and potatoes to a roasting pan (a baking dish also works) and add your choice of glaze.
-
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F.
Potato Hash With Pan-Seared Pork Chops
-
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Peel the potatoes, slice them in half, and then add to the water. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet on medium-low heat. Dice the partially cooked potatoes into small cubes and drop in the skillet. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
