How long do you cook a piece of loin pork weight 1.25lb in halogen cooker for?
Ingredients:
* 1.25-pound boneless pork loin
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Preheat your halogen cooker to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Rub the pork loin with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the pork loin in the halogen cooker and add the water and garlic.
4. Cover and cook for 25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the pork loin reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
5. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
