How long can you keep meatballs in the freezer?
Cooked meatballs can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. To freeze meatballs, place them on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until solid. Once frozen, transfer the meatballs to a freezer-safe bag or container. When you're ready to cook, simply remove the meatballs from the freezer and let them thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature for 30 minutes. You can then cook them according to your desired recipe.
