How do you reheat pre cooked prime rib roast?
Reheating Prime Rib Roast
There are several methods to reheat prime rib roast, but the most effective way is to use the oven.
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Remove the roast from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Place the roast on a wire rack set in a roasting pan, adding 1/4 cup of water or beef broth to the pan. Cover the roast loosely with foil.
4. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium, or 155°F (68°C) for medium-well.
5. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
