How to Cook Thick Ham Slices (3 Steps)

Instructions

  1. Cut thick slices from a whole ham, or unwrap the slices your butcher cut. Preheat a pan on the stove top at a medium setting. Cook the thick ham slices for roughly three to five minutes per side, until they are heated through.

  2. Preheat a grill to a medium-high setting and grill the ham slices for three to five minutes per side until they are heated through, if you are cooking outside.

  3. Place the ham slices on a microwave-safe dish and microwave them for approximately five minutes, until they are heated through.
