How long do you cook a presmoked ham?
To reheat and serve a fully cooked ham:
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and add 1/4 cup of water or broth to the bottom of the pan.
3.Cover the ham with foil and bake for 10 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
4.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the ham is browned.
5.Serve the ham with your favorite sides.
To cook a partially cooked ham:
1.Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
3.Bake the ham for 18 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
4.Remove the foil and bake the ham for 10-12 minutes, or until it crusty.
5.Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
