Can you cook Rolls in crock pot?
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Grease a 1-gallon slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flower, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and melted butter. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir to until the milk mixture is combined and the dough is moistened.
4. Drop the dough by 1/4 cupfuls into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the rolls are cooked through and golden brown.
5.Serve the rolls warm with your favorite toppings.
Tips:
- To make dinner rolls, place them in a single layer in the slow cooker.
-To make larger rolls, place them in a larger slow cooker or cut the dough into 1/2 cupfuls.
-To prevent the rolls from sticking, grease the slow cooker well.
-To check if the rolls are done, insert a toothpick into the center of a roll. If the toothpick comes out clean, the rolls are done,
