Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cooked and shredded

- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 cup chopped onion

- 1/2 cup chopped celery

- 1/2 cup chopped carrots

- 1/4 cup chopped almonds

- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, celery, carrots, almonds, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until combined.
