How do you make milk chocolate?

To make milk chocolate, you will need the following:

- 500g of dark chocolate

- 250ml of milk

- 100g of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- A saucepan

- A wooden spoon

- A spatula

Instructions:

1. Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set over a saucepan of simmering water.

2. Stir the chocolate until it is completely melted.

3. Remove the bowl from the heat and add the milk, sugar and vanilla extract.

4. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Pour the milk chocolate mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6. Once the milk chocolate is firm, remove it from the mold and enjoy.

Tips for making milk chocolate:

- Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor.

- Stir the chocolate constantly while it is melting to prevent it from burning.

- If you don't have a heatproof bowl, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Be sure to microwave it in short increments, stirring between each increment, to prevent it from burning.

- You can add other ingredients to your milk chocolate, such as nuts, dried fruit or spices.
