How do you make chocolate milkshake?

Ingredients:

- 2 cups (16 oz) chocolate ice cream

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (optional)

- 1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)

- 1 cherry (optional)
