How do you convert corn syrup solids into syrup?
To convert corn syrup solids into syrup, you will need:
- Corn syrup solids
- Water
- A saucepan
- A spoon or spatula
Instructions:
1) Measure the desired amount of corn syrup solids and water. The general ratio is 1 part corn syrup solids to 2 parts water. Adjust the ratio according to your desired syrup consistency.
2) Pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
