Ingredients:
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato slices, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
