What are condimints?

Condiments are substances that are added to food to enhance its flavour, aroma or appearance. They are typically used in small amounts and are not considered to be a main component of the dish. Some common condiments include ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Condiments can be used to add variety to a meal, to balance flavours, or to simply make food more enjoyable. They can be added before, during, or after cooking.
