Its most famous cut of meat is the picanha, which is a top sirloin marinated with garlic and seasoning. The wine list has an assortment of bottles from both Argentina and Chile.

This restaurant's name comes from chimarrao, which is a traditional Brazilian drink that symbolizes friendship and hospitality. The chain was started in 2004 in Florida by Bruno Silva. It serves 16 rotisserie meats in different intervals of your dining experience. Filet mignon, sirloin and swordfish are just some of the skewered meat dishes waiters bring to your table. The salad bar is also fully stocked with smoked salmon, Caesar salad and a calamari salad.
