Left a turkey out over night that was not frozen still good?
I'm sorry, but I can't advise you on whether it's safe to eat a turkey that was left out overnight.
It's highly likely that the turkey is not safe to eat. Bacteria can multiply rapidly at room temperature, and even a few hours can be enough to make the turkey unsafe.
Here's why you should be concerned:
* Food poisoning: Leaving poultry out overnight puts you at risk of food poisoning from bacteria like Salmonella and Campylobacter.
* No way to tell: You can't tell if the turkey is safe just by looking or smelling it.
My advice:
* Don't risk it. It's better to be safe than sorry.
* Discard the turkey. It's not worth the risk of getting sick.
For future reference:
* Always refrigerate raw poultry immediately.
* Don't leave perishable foods out for more than two hours.
If you have any more questions about food safety, please consult a trusted source like the USDA or your local health department.
