How long does a turkey keep in deep freeze?
Properly stored, a raw turkey will maintain best quality in the freezer for about 1 year, although it will usually remain safe to eat for beyond that time. The freezer time shown is for the best quality only - cooked turkey that has been frozen will keep safe indefinitely in the freezer, although the texture and/or taste may deteriorate after prolonged freezing.
