How long do you cook a boned turkey?
The cooking time for a boneless turkey will depend on the size and weight of the turkey. A general rule of thumb is to cook a boneless turkey for 20 minutes per pound at 350°F (175°C). For example, a 12-pound turkey would cook for approximately 4 hours. It's always a good idea to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the turkey. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
