Why is a frying pan and casserole dish better for pressure cooker?
Frying pans and casserole dishes are not better for pressure cookers. Pressure cookers require specialized pots that are designed to withstand the high pressure created inside the cooking vessel. Frying pans and casserole dishes are not designed for this purpose and could be dangerous if used in a pressure cooker.
