Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, chopped green onions, or fresh herbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ham, bacon, vegetables, and cheese.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham, bacon, vegetables, and cheese mixture.
