Equipment: Baking dish with lid or a sheet pan with foil
Ingredients:
2-pound boneless pork roast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water or broth
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. Place the pork roast in a baking dish and rub it with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the water or broth into the bottom of the pan
4. Cover the baking dish with a lid or foil and bake the pork roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius).
5. Remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
