Can you make tacos with ground pork?

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. ground pork

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup salsa

- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

- 12 corn tortillas

- Any other desired toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, etc.)

Instructions:

1.) Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

2.) Add the pork and cook until browned, stirring frequently.

3.) Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute more, stirring occasionally.

4.) Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

5.) Cook for 1 minute more, or until the spices are fragrant.

6.) Add the salsa and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.

7.) To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of pork in the center of each tortilla.

8.) Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and any other desired toppings.

9.) Drizzle with sour cream, if desired.

10.) Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
