How do you cook pork tenderlon?
To cook a pork tenderloin, you'll need the following ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound (½ kilogram)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan.
5. Roast the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin reads 145°F (63°C).
6. Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
