Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Loin

Ingredients:

* 1 (2-3 pound) pork loin, trimmed of excess fat

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1 cup chicken broth

* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

* 1/4 cup brown sugar

* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

* 1 teaspoon dried oregano

* 1 teaspoon dried thyme

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.

4. Sear the pork loin in the skillet until browned on all sides.

5. Transfer the pork loin to a large slow cooker.
