What freezers can freeze low enough to kill tricinosis in wild pork?

There are two ways to safely kill the pork parasite Trichinella spiralis: heating the meat to an internal temperature of 145 degrees or freezing it at a specific temperature for a specific period. In order to kill Trichinella spiralis in pork through freezing, the meat must be reduced to -23°C (-9.4°F) throughout the entire piece for 8 days (203 hours) or frozen at -15°C (5.0°F) for 20 days (480 hours).
