How to Make a Glaze for Pork Chops Using Orange Juice
Glazing is a cooking technique that can help you make outstanding pork chops. A glaze consists of an oil, a sweetener, aromatics and an acidic component such as citrus. - Orange juice
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Spices such as cumin, paprika and parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Pork chops

Whisk together 2 parts orange juice, one part honey and one part olive oil.
