How long does left over pasta stay good?
Leftover pasta can stay good in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Here are some tips for keeping your pasta fresh:
* Store properly: Store leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
* Cool it down quickly: Let the pasta cool down to room temperature before storing it to prevent bacterial growth.
* Add sauce separately: If you're adding sauce, store it separately and add it just before reheating. This helps prevent the pasta from becoming soggy.
Important note: If the pasta has been sitting out at room temperature for more than two hours, it's best to throw it away, even if it's within the 3-5 day range.
