## Grilling Lobster Tails
Ingredients
* 2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
* 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
* Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F).
2. Cut a slit down the top of each lobster tail, through the meat but not the shell.
3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the inside of each lobster tail with the butter mixture.
4. Place the lobster tails on the grill grate, meat side up. Grill for 7-8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
5. Serve the lobster tails immediately, with lemon wedges.
Tips for Grilling Lobster Tails:
- To prevent the lobster tails from sticking to the grill grate, you can grease the grate with cooking oil before grilling.
- If you don't have a grill, you can also cook lobster tails in the oven. Preheat the oven to 450°F, then place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until opaque and firm to the touch.
