How to Grill the Best Mahi Mahi

This article will teach you the secret of making the best grilled Mahi or fish for that matter.

Things You'll Need

  • Grill
  • Charcoal
  • Lawrys Lemon Pepper
  • Mahi Filets
  • Mayonaise

Instructions

  1. Light charcoal grill and wait until coals are white

  2. Coat Mahi filets with a light coat of real mayonnaise

  3. Generously sprinkle Mahi filets with Lemon Pepper. I use Lawrys but any brand may be sufficient.

  4. Place FRESH Mahi Filets on Charcoal Grill and cover with room for smoke to vent. Let stay on one side for about 5 minutes.

  5. Flip Mahi ONLY ONE TIME and let the other side cook for an additional 5 minutes. The more you flip the fish the more likely it is to break.

  6. Serve Mahi with either Lemon or tartar sauce. I like it straight up with some lemon. It is a delicious fish.
