Dinner Ideas for Boston Pork Butt Steaks

Boston butt steaks are highly versatile slices of pork shoulder. There are as many ways to cook the fat-marbled meat as the there are ingredients that pair well with it. However you cook this cut, check that the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure proper cooking. Allow the steaks to rest, if applicable, for three minutes to give the pork time to finish cooking and allow the juices to cool enough so that they stay in the meat when it’s cut.
