How to Make a Quick Crock Pot Meal of Cheesy Potato Ham Casserole

The quick aspect of a Crock Pot (or slow cooker) meal isn't in the actual cooking time but in the preparation time. The benefit of a Crock Pot meal is that you can allow it to cook slowly throughout the day and have dinner ready to go with no fuss. For this cheesy potato and ham casserole, add the ingredients to the Crock Pot in just a few minutes and enjoy the dish hours later.

Things You'll Need

  • 8 washed and sliced potatoes
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
