How to Make London Broil in a Slow Cooker (6 Steps)

London Broil is a great and fairly inexpensive piece of beef. London Broil is usually grilled or broiled, but can be made in a crock pot.

Things You'll Need

  • 4 large minced garlic cloves or 4 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic in a jar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 (2 to 2 1/2 pound) London broil
  • 2 large red onions sliced
  • 6 large potatoes peeled and chunked
  • 1 large green pepper chunked
  • 1 large red pepper chunked

Instructions

  1. First, you will need to make your marinade. Add * 4 large minced garlic cloves or 4 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic in a jar

    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
      in large sealable plastic bag.
  2. Seal and shake plastic bag until mixed. Add uncooked beef to marinade. Shake and place in refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, Cut potatoes, red onion, green and red paper. Place in crock pot.

  4. Pour 1/4 water over potatoes and veggies.

  5. Take bag with meat and carefully take out meat. Place meat on top of potatoes and veggies. Take marinade and pour over entire contents of crock pot.

  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve when ready.
