Ingredients:
- Chicken curry (with tomato juice added accidentally)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the tomato juice-infused chicken curry to the pan.
3. Add the yogurt, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder.
4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Bring the curry to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Season the curry with salt to taste.
7. Garnish the curry with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with rice or naan.
