This beer-infused treat will be sure to become a staple in your recipe repertoire and a great hit with all your friends.
Things You'll Need
- Beer
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chicken (cut into pieces)
- Bowl
- Large, resealable plastic bag
- Tin foil
Instructions
-
Pour the can of beer into a bowl. Peel and cut up the onion. Slice the onion and throw it into the bowl. Smash one clove of garlic, chop it and place it in the bowl. Mix in the salt and pepper. Pour the contents into a large resealable plastic bag and shake.
-
Rinse the chicken parts under cold water. Place them into the plastic bag containing the marinade. Leave them in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.
-
Remove the plastic bag from the refrigerator. Tear a piece of tin foil for each piece of chicken. Adjust the tin foil size to the size of the chicken part.
-
Place the chicken in the center of the foil. Pull the sides up toward the center of the chicken. Add 3 tsp. of the marinade. Twist the foil creating a little pack (like wrapping a Christmas present). Complete all the chicken pieces using this method.
-
Put foiled pieces on the top rack of the grill. Close the lid and wait for 20 minutes. Pull chicken out and open packet as dinner is now served.
