Will a low bal always cause hangover?
A low BAL (blood alcohol level) does not always cause a hangover. Many factors contribute to the severity and likelihood of a hangover, including the amount of alcohol consumed, the rate of consumption, the individual's tolerance to alcohol, genetics, dehydration, sleep quality, and overall health. A low BAL may indicate a lower risk of a severe hangover, but it does not guarantee that one will not occur.
