How to Make Fresh Mushroom and Dill Salad (3 Steps)
Here is a recipe for a delicious mushroom and dill salad you can serve as a great side dish or even a main one with some protein added! You can eat with fresh bakery style breads, chicken, fish or assorted cheeses. It is enjoyable for both lunch and dinner or as a snack in between. It also does well at parties.
Things You'll Need
- 1 pound large cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- 3 oz parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

In a salad bowl, chop up cremini mushrooms and mix with your fresh dill. Make sure it is all mixed thoroughly. You can chop the cremini mushrooms to a size of your liking.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and olive oil until fully incorporated. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Add the lemon and oil juice mix to the mushrooms and dill and mix until all is coated. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, serve and eat! This amount serves four or one several times.
