How to Order a Chai Latte From Starbucks

If you want something to warm you up during the winter or perk up your senses during the summer, the chai tea latte may be the drink to order. The chai tea latte from Starbucks is made from a Tazo spiced black tea and steamed milk. The aromatic drink is full of spices like cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper. The drink is something different than the typical coffee drinks served at Starbucks and has a lower caffeine count.

Instructions

  1. Pick which size you want. A short size is 8 oz., tall size is 12 oz., grande is 16 oz. and venti is 20 oz.

  2. Choose if you want the chai latte made hot or iced.

  3. Pick if you want the drink made with whole, two percent or nonfat milk. You also have the option of getting a chai latte with soy milk.

  4. Order the drink with all those different characteristics in mind. For example, if you decide to order the drink with two percent milk, hot and in a tall size you would say: "Tall, hot, chai tea latte with two percent milk."
