* Martini Rosso is a red vermouth that is made with a blend of red wines, herbs, and spices. It has a sweet, slightly bitter taste with notes of caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon. Martini Rosso is often used in cocktails, such as the Negroni and the Boulevardier.
* Martini Bianco is a white vermouth that is made with a blend of white wines and herbs. It has a dry, slightly sweet taste with notes of citrus, vanilla, and almond. Martini Bianco is often used in cocktails, such as the Martini and the Daiquiri.
