How do you make the pama pear martini from Stonewood Restaurant?
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Stolichnaya Ohranj vodka
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Monin pear purée
- 1 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 ounces Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
- 2 bosc pear halves, cored
- 2 slices lime, for garnish
- Crushed ice, for serving
- Mint, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, Cointreau, pear purée, lime juice and tonic water. Shake well.
2. Divide the cocktail mixture between 2 martini glasses.
3. Add a pear half to each glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint.
5. Serve immediately.
