Is an apple pie made of real apples?
That's a fun question! It depends on what you mean by "real apples".
* If you mean apples that are actually from an apple tree, then yes, a real apple pie is made with real apples.
* If you mean apples that aren't artificial or fake, then again, yes, a real apple pie is made with real apples.
However, there are some variations of apple pie that might make you question the "realness" of the apples:
* Apple pie filling from a can: This usually contains apples, but it also has added sugar, spices, and sometimes thickeners. Some people might argue that this isn't truly "real" apple pie because of the added ingredients.
* Apple pie with artificial flavors: Some people might add artificial flavors like apple flavoring to their pie, which would make it less "real" in the sense that it doesn't taste like natural apples.
So, in most cases, an apple pie is definitely made with real apples. But there are some exceptions to consider depending on your definition of "real".
