Confection of chocolate and ganache dusted with cocoa powder?

Chocolate Ganache Truffles

Ingredients:

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 pound bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

2. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

3. When ready to serve, use a small spoon or your hands to roll the chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

4. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Dust the truffles with cocoa powder before serving.
