After freezing cookies what is the best way to defrost them?
There are two best ways to defrost cookies.
Option 1: At Room Temperature
- Remove cookies from the freezer.
- Allow to defrost at room temperature on a wire rack.
- Defrosting cookies at room temperature helps avoid the formation of condensation, which could make the cookies soggy.
- Depending on the size and quantity of cookies, it can take about 30 minutes to an hour for the cookies to thaw.
Option 2: In the Microwave
