Cover another cupcake in green frosting and Reese's Pieces to make a turtle face, and place it in front of the turtle shell in the center. Decorate four cupcakes in a lighter green frosting as your turtle "feet," then place at the four corners of the turtle shape.

Follow with an application of light green marshmallow fondant over the entire cake. Use fondant to paint the turtle mask in red, orange, purple or blue depending on preference. Paint white fondant over the mask to make eyes and use some for the mouth as well.
