Ingredients:
• 2 cups cocoa beans
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius).
2. Rinse the cocoa beans thoroughly under cold water.
3. Drain the cocoa beans and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast the cocoa beans in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, tossing the beans once or twice during roasting.
5. Remove the cocoa beans from the oven and let them cool completely.
6. Once the cocoa beans are cool, transfer them to a blender or food processor.
7. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the blender or food processor.
8. Blend or process the ingredients until the cocoa beans are finely ground.
9. Transfer the cocoa powder to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place.
This cocoa powder can be used to make hot chocolate, chocolate milk, brownies, cakes, and other chocolate treats.
